【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversiron-chromium-nickel-coppercorrosion-resistantsteelcastings,capableofbeingstrengthenedbyprecipitationhardeningheattreatment.1.2Thesecastingsmaybeusedinservicesrequiringcorrosionresistanceandhighstrengthsattemperaturesupto600176;F[315176;C].Theymaybemachinedinthesolution-annealedconditionandsubsequentlyprecipitationhardenedtothedesiredhigh-strengthmechanicalpropertiesspecifiedinTable1withlittledangerofcrackingordistortion.1.3Thematerialisnotintendedforuseinthesolution-annealedcondition.Note1-Iftheserviceenvironmentinwhichthematerialistobeusedisconsideredconducivetostress-corrosioncracking,precipitationhardeningshouldbeperformedatatemperaturethatwillminimizethesusceptibilityofthematerialtothistypeofattack.1.4Supplementaryrequirementsofanoptionalnatureareprovidedforuseattheoptionofthepurchaser.TheSupplementaryrequirementsshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedindividuallybythepurchaserinthepurchaseorderorcontract.1.5Thisspecificationisexpressedinbothinch-poundunitsandinSIunits;however,unlessthepurchaseorderorcontractspecifiestheapplicableMspecificationdesignation(SIunits),theinch-poundunitsshallapply.Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththestandard.
