【摘要】:1ThispartofIEC61779specifiesgeneralrequirementsforconstructionandtestinganddescribesthetestmethodsthatapplytoportable,transportableandfixedapparatusforthedetectionandmeasurementofflammablegasorvapourconcentrationswithair.Theapparatus,orpartsthereof,areintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres(see2.1.8)andinminessusceptibletofiredamp.Thisstandardissupplementedbythefollowingstandards,concerningthespecificrequirementsfortheperformanceofthevarioustypesofapparatus:IEC61779-2:PerformancerequirementsforgroupIapparatusindicatinguptoavolumefractionof5%methaneinairIEC61779-3:PerformancerequirementsforgroupIapparatusindicatinguptoavolumefractionof100%methaneinairIEC61779-4:PerformancerequirementsforgroupIIapparatusindicatinguptoavolumefractionof100%lowerexplosivelimitIEC61779-5:PerformancerequirementsforgroupIIapparatusindicatinguptoavolumefractionof100%gasNotedeletedNOTE1-GroupIandgroupIIapparatusindicatinguptoavolumefractionof100%methaneandgroupIIapparatusindicatinguptoavolumefractionof100%gasaresuitableforuseonlywiththespecificgasesforwhichtheyhavebeencalibrated.NOTE2-Forthepurposeofthisstandard,theterms"lowerflammablelimit(LFL)"and"lowerexplosivelimit(LEL)"aredeemedtobesynonymous,andlikewisetheterms"upperflammablelimit(UFL)"and"upperexplosivelimit(UEL)"aredeemedtobesynonymous.Foreaseofreference,thetwoabbreviationsLFLandUFLmaybeusedhereinaftertodenotethesetwosetsofterms.Itshouldberecognizedthatparticularauthoritieshavingjurisdictionmayhaveoverridingrequirementsthatdictatetheuseofoneofthesesetsoftermsandnottheother.2Thisstandardisapplicablewhenanapparatusmanufacturermakesanyclaimsregardinganyspecialfeaturesofconstructionorsuperiorperformancethatexceedtheseminimumrequirements.Allsuchclaimsshallbeverifiedandthetestproceduresshallbeextendedorsupplemented,wherenecessary,toverifytheclaimedperformance.Theadditionaltestsshallbeagreedbetweenthemanufacturerandtestlaboratory.3Thisstandardisapplicabletoflammablegasdetectionapparatusintendedtoprovideanindication,alarmorotheroutputfunction,thepurposeofwhichistogiveawarningofapotentialexplosionhazardand,insomecases,toinitiateautomaticormanualprotectiveaction(s).4Thisstandardisapplicabletoapparatus,includingtheintegralsamplingsystemsofaspiratedapparatus,intendedtobeusedforcommercialandindustrialsafetyapplications.5Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoexternalsamplingsystems,ortoapparatusoflaboratoryorscientifictype,ortoapparatususedonlyforprocesscontrolpurposes.
