【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoa.c.circuit-breakersdesignedforindoororoutdoorinstallation,foroperationatfrequenciesof50Hzand60Hzonsystemshavingvoltagesabove1000Vandappliedforinductivecurrentswitchingwithorwithoutadditionalshort-circuitcurrentbreakingduties.Thestandardisapplicabletocircuit-breakersinaccordancewithIEC62271-100thatareusedtoswitchhigh-voltagemotorcurrentsandshuntreactorcurrentsandalsotohigh-voltagecontactorsusedtoswitchhigh-voltagemotorcurrents[1]1.Switchingunloadedtransformers,i.e.breakingtransformermagnetizingcurrent,isnotconsideredinthisstandard.Thereasonsforthisareasfollows:a)duetothenon-linearityofthetransformercore,itisnotpossibletocorrectlymodeltheswitchingoftransformermagnetizingcurrentusinglinearcomponentsinatestlaboratory.Testsconductedusinganavailabletransformer,suchasatesttransformer,willonlybevalidforthetransformertestedandcannotberepresentativeforothertransformers;b)asdetailedintheguideforapplicationofIEC62271-100andIEC60694(hereafterreferredtoastheguide[2]),thecharacteristicsofthisdutyareusuallylessseverethananyotherinductivecurrentswitchingduty.Itshouldbenotedthatsuchadutymayproducesevereovervoltageswithinthetransformerwinding(s)dependingonthecircuitbreakerre-ignitionbehaviourandtransformerwindingresonancefrequencies.Short-linefaults,out-of-phasecurrentmakingandbreakingandcapacitivecurrentswitchingarenotapplicabletocircuit-breakersappliedtoswitchshuntreactorsormotors.Thesedutiesarethereforenotincludedinthisstandard.Subclause1.1ofIEC62271-100isotherwiseapplicable.
