【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofbaguetteslicersusedincateringbyadults,takingaccountofinstallation,cleaning,operating,maintenanceanddecommissioning.Theintendeduseofthesemachinesistocutbaguetteandsimilartypesoflongbreadsticks,intoslices.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversrequirementsforthesafeoperationofthemachineincluding:loading,cutting,unloading,cleaning,crumbremovalandmaintenance.Thesemachineshaveacrescentbladefixedtoashaft,witharotatingmovementandverticalmanualloading.Thesemachinesareintendedtobeinstalledonatable,aspecificsupportoranintegralstand.ThefollowingmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard:-framecuttermachineswithmultipleblades;-machineswithrotarycrescent(sickle)orcircularbladefixedtoashaftwithoscillatingmovementandhorizontalmanualloading;-experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;-domesticappliances.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttobaguetteslicers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazard.AnoisetestcodeisgiveninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithnoisereduction.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletobaguetteslicerswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
