【摘要】:Thisdocument(EN71-4:1990/A3:2007)hasbeenpreparedbyTechnicalCommitteeCEN/TC52"Safetyoftoys",thesecretariatofwhichisheldbyDS.ThisAmendmenttotheEuropeanStandardEN71-4:1990shallbegiventhestatusofanationalstandard,eitherbypublicationofanidenticaltextorbyendorsement,atthelatestbyNovember2007,andconflictingnationalstandardsshallbewithdrawnatthelatestbyNovember2007.ThisdocumenthasbeenpreparedunderamandategiventoCENbytheEuropeanCommissionandtheEuropeanFreeTradeAssociation,andsupportsessentialrequirementsofEUDirective88/378/EEC.ForrelationshipwithEUDirective,seeinformativeAnnexZA,whichisanintegralpartofthisdocument.AccordingtotheCEN/CENELECInternalRegulations,thenationalstandardsorganizationsofthefollowingcountriesareboundtoimplementthisEuropeanStandard:Austria,Belgium,Bulgaria,Cyprus,CzechRepublic,Denmark,Estonia,Finland,France,Germany,Greece,Hungary,Iceland,Ireland,Italy,Latvia,Lithuania,Luxembourg,Malta,Netherlands,Norway,Poland,Portugal,Romania,Slovakia,Slovenia,Spain,Sweden,SwitzerlandandUnitedKingdom.
